Defining your Brand

You have already launched your business but how well defined is your brand?

Without a defined brand your business runs the risk of losing its focus and purpose. First thing first, ask yourself a few basic questions about your business. Put thought into your answers. Scratch them out and re-write them if you have to. Once you’ve nailed it down, post them in your office for you and your staff to see each and everyday.

  1. What is your company’s mission?
  2. What are the benefits and features of the products or services you offer?
  3. What do customers already think of your company?
  4. What do you want customers to think of your company?
