Anyone with internet access can compare and contrast not only your product, but the factors that make up your sales pitch.
Whilst these findings are mainly online e-commerce centric, Hubspot stands by the fact that one cannot ignore these trends in any other sales situation.
At the top of the list we see just good ol’ fashion quality, and what could be better than free shipping?
Further down the scale really just seems to be customer service and the website being user friendly. A confused customer=no customer. Keep it simple, if you grandma couldn’t figure it out then leave it out.
