• We achieved a significant increase in mail volume, processing an impressive 199 million pieces, marking a nearly 20% growth from the 166 million pieces mailed in 2023. 
• We grew the DRMG Solo Product to 87 Mmillion an astonishing growth of 57% for 2024. This growth has enabled us to broaden the reach of our clients and deliver greater value to Canadian households.
• Our operational team's unwavering dedication to excellence has been a cornerstone of this achievement. Their commitment to "On Time, On Target, error-free" execution and our consistently low defect rates among Canada Post’s expert partners were critical in securing this award.
• We continued to invest in our team and our partnership with Canada Post through learning and development initiatives. In 2024, 18 of our Sales Representatives completed the Canada Post Sales Representative Playbook training, ensuring our team can effectively leverage the tools and resources available through our partnership.
