Responsibilities: Jennifer is President and COO at DRMG and a key member of the executive team. She oversees Sales, Operations, Business Development, Finance and Marketing. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and leading the team in planning, execution and results that align to company goals.
Background: Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in the direct marketing industry Holding a variety of senior-level positions including General Manager and Director of Sales and working with leading brands such as Consumer’s Choice and Pizza Pizza, Jennifer’s cumulative experience includes building strong teams. Early in her career, she began in finance where her focus on data-driven results has been the foundation of her success.
Jennifer is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a nominee in the RBC Canadian Women of Influence and has previously served as a Mentor. She has completed multiple programs and certifications in business administration, database marketing, and financial modelling.
Fun Facts: Jennifer plays tennis and golf, is an avid reader and is happiest spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling to all DRMG locations sharing best practices.
