Responsibilities: Mark is the VP of People and Culture for DRMG and leads the strategy and development of DRMG’s Core Values, culture, talent management, organizational design, total rewards, performance, and compliance.
Background: Mark has been with DRMG since September 2014. Prior to joining DRMG, he spent 20 years in multi-faceted roles in Human Resources and Operations with 10 of those years providing Senior Human Resources consultation in industries including print, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, food processing and not for profit.
Mark achieved his CHRL with the Human Resources Professional Association. Graduating from Brock University (B.A), Mark also holds a post-graduate certificate in both Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Fun Facts: Mark is heavily invested in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
