What is Think Inside the Box?
Think inside the box is an event that explores the opportunities and challenges of navigating customer expectations in the accelerating demand economy. It took place on Thursday, June 6th in Toronto, at The Carlu. DRMG has been a sponsor at this event for over 3 years and we always look forward to the industry learnings at this event.
What was the Theme?
Traditional marketing and brand loyalty are at an all-time low. In the “Age of Me,” it is about providing a unique experience and allowing consumers to engage with your brand on their terms. The speakers at the event brought forth various ideas and concepts of how to create and sustain brand loyalty in this ever-evolving market.

Hosting the event was actor, comedian, and writer, Geri Hall. INCITER talks were a new feature this year; they consist of top marketers like leading companies who explore what makes a strong customer experience. The topics spoken were: the future of authority, consumer behaviour, content, brand, technology & integration, customer experience and the role of physical, loyalty in the age of me, and more!
